Do you realize how hard it is to type, let alone draw with a mouse, when your hand looks like a mummy in its ace bandage? D:

Not going to bother going to the doctor. This is a textbook case of a moderate hand strain, down to how and why it happened.

Worst part? Healing time of 10 days to 6 weeks.

Now tell me how the heck I'm supposed to finish the semester?

Hi.

I also deal with wrist problems. I suggest you have a look at Dasher - http://www.inference.phy.cam.ac.uk/dasher/ - I use it for text entry fairly often, when I'm not using Dragon NaturallySpeaking.

Your school might have a disability services thing, so you could use Dragon on one of their computers if you can't afford it.

I hope it gets better, I know how much wrist problems suck. :(

:( hand strain is not fun. I did that once trying to type five papers in 3 days. Then I had to pack up my dorm stuff.

*hugs* Wishing you a speedy recovery!
